Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase isn't quite right, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed and unused

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in their original condition

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns and exchanges are only available for items purchased directly from inu8.com.au. If you purchased from one of our stockists, please contact the stockist directly.

Sale Items

Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days, subject to availability. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases on sale items.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where products have a major fault, are not of acceptable quality, are not fit for purpose or do not match their description.

How to Return an Item

To arrange a return, please email support@inu8.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders, any duties, taxes or shipping costs associated with a return or exchange remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Standard Shipping

• Flat rate: AUD $15

• Dispatched Monday to Friday

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping

• Flat rate: AUD $20

• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking.

International Shipping

• Flat rate: AUD $40

• Tracking included

International delivery times vary by destination.

Please note that import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Inu8 offers limited production runs available for pre-order.

Payment is processed in full at the time of purchase to reserve your piece.

Estimated delivery dates are shown on the relevant product page. While we endeavour to meet all stated timelines, production and shipping schedules can occasionally change. Should a delay occur, our team will contact you directly.

Pre-order purchases may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy applies.
