Inu8 (“Inu”) - Shipping and Returns
I. Returns & Exchanges
For full priced products, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Inu does accept returns and exchanges for items bought directly through our website, however we are also aware of our environmental footprint and encourage our customers to be as well.
As a sustainably and ethically driven business we strive for all areas of our supply chain to be considered. Our garments are designed to last and withstand trends. Should your purchase not be quite right, we have a support team who are more than happy to assist you in finding an alternative style or size before you commit to a return.
Refunds and returns are not available when items are purchased through a brand stockist, please refer to the stockist where you purchased your items.
Please provide proof of purchase.
Please note there are strictly no refunds or credit notes issued in the rare event where we offer sale items, unless the item is faulty. Exchanges are permitted subject to availability.
For customers who live outside of Australia, you may need to pay duties and taxes and/or postage on an exchange or return, this is payable by the customer and will not be reimbursed by Inu.

Returning your items
If you wish to return/exchange an item(s) please follow the following steps:
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for return.
- Upon receipt of a reply and confirmation from Inu you will receive a return postage label. Please re-pack items, attach the return label and send to the following address:

- Item(s) must be returned within 30 working days of receiving your order for Australian customers. Inu does not cover the costs of international returns.
- Gift vouchers are not eligible for a refund.
- All items must be returned for an exchange must be in an unused and re-saleable condition with original tags attached and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse item(s) if they have been worn.
- For additional peace of mind, if returning items without a return label provided by Inu, we recommend you return your items via a prepaid registered or traceable postal service taking note of your tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for returned item(s) that do not reach us.
Receiving a Refund
A confirmation email will be sent from Inu upon receiving your goods and approving your refund. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
For customers who live outside of Australia, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Inu however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to be credited to your account upon receipt of your item.
Domestic within Australia
A standard delivery and handling fee of 15 AUD will be applied to all purchases within Australia. All deliveries will be despatched between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
We expect that you will receive your goods within 3 working days of fulfilment. An automated email will be sent to inform you that your order has been shipped along with a parcel identification number that allows you to track your order.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, our shipping provider may experience delays and your order may take longer to reach you. All orders are sent with Australia Post and able to be tracked using the parcel number provided to you at time of fulfilment. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Express Domestic Delivery
If you wish to receive your purchase faster, we offer Express delivery. This is expected to arrive within 1-2 days of fulfilment. An express shipping and handling fee of 20 AUD can be selected upon checkout.
International Delivery outside of Australia
A standard delivery and handling fee of 40 AUD will be applied to international orders. This fee does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied at the shipping destination.
Customs for international deliveries and countries outside Australia may charge import taxes and duty. Inu does not provide Delivery Duty Paid and all relevant import taxes and duties are not included in the product price. These duties and taxes are payable by the customer and will not be reimbursed or refunded by Inu including upon any return.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of customs delays for our international customers. All deliveries will be despatched between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. An automated email will be sent to inform you that your order has been processed and shipped along with a parcel tracking identification number that allows you to track your order.
If your shipping destination is not listed in the freight list on our website, please email email@example.com with your order and we will be in touch to arrange delivery.

Free Shipping or Delivery
From time to time, Inu offers free shipping. To be notified by email and take advantage of this, simply subscribe to our newsletter at www.inu8.com.au. Please note that free shipping promotions will be automatically applied to your order on the checkout page.
III. Pre Order
Inu will, from time to time, offer items available for pre order in particular where items are being produced in limited quantities. To secure your order, payment for pre-order pieces is processed in full at time of transaction. Timelines vary between pre-order items, for specific dates regarding your pre-order piece please refer to the delivery time in the item description. Subject to manufacturing, these dates may from time-to-time change. In the event of a delay a member of our client service team will be in touch.
If you wish to change an item on pre-order you may do so within 7 days of the transaction date. We will not accept any alterations to the pre-sale purchase after this date. Any cancellations of a pre-order made prior to fulfillment will be refunded subject to a deduction of 20% cancellation fee. Any cancellation of a pre-order after fulfilment are subject to usual exchange policies.
